Meet Our Team

Dr Neil Lutton BDS PG Cert Orth

Principal Dentist

With a special interest in orthodontics and cosmetic dentistry, Neil works extensively with smile design and is a Platinum Invisalign Provider. Neil’s expertise has been recognized internationally and he now regularly lectures in aesthetic orthodontics to General Dental Practitioners around Australia as well as publishing articles on short term orthodontics in professional journals.

Neil graduated from England’s foremost dental school in 2002 and after completing his vocational training in Northumberland he moved to London were he spent several years working in London’s prestigious west end, taking a special interest in Cosmetic dentistry and smile makeovers.

Neil completed his Post Graduate Certificate in Orthodontics at the University of Warwick in 2008 and is currently completing further Postgraduate training in Aesthetic Dentistry. Originally from Ireland, Dr Lutton moved to Australia in 2009. Neil lives in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs with his wife, Kalinda and his two sons Archie and Wesley. His interests outside of dentistry include playing the guitar badly, listening to Classic Rock running and “armchair” rugby.

Dr Andrew Harrold BDSc (Hons) GradDipDentImplantology

Principal Dentist

Dr Andrew Harrold is dedicated to providing a high quality level of care to his patients. He is considerate of his patients’ busy schedules and prides himself on providing a comfortable and professional service.

Andrew graduated his Bachelor of Dental Science from the University of Queensland in 2007 with Honours. He received several academic awards whilst in his final year of study. He began his career in the public health sector in North Queensland. From there, he branched out to private practice, working as a dentist in the Australian Defence Force and supervising dental students within Queensland Health.

Andrew has since worked predominantly in private practice and has undertaken extensive training in oral surgery and implant dentistry. He completed a postgraduate degree in the Graduate Diploma of Oral Implantology in 2017. Andrew also has always held a strong interest in anterior aesthetic dentistry and is a certified Invisalign provider.

His meticulous attention to detail ensures you achieve your desired results. Combining his surgical skills with an eye for aesthetics, Andrew offers a comprehensive management of smile design involving missing teeth. Andrew grew up in Brisbane and moved to Sydney in 2009.

He spent part of his childhood in Hong Kong. Andrew’s interests outside of dentistry and postgraduate studies are music, golf, fishing and taking his golden retriever Leo and daughter to his local parks.

Dr Michael Salloum BMedSc DDS

Associate Dentist

Dr Michael Salloum has a reputation as a friendly and technically skilled dentist. He is committed to long-term dental health and smiles, and his goal is to break the cycle of recurring dental problems with his comprehensive approach.

With a Bachelor of Medical Science from Sydney University and a Doctor of Dental Surgery from Melbourne University, Michael brings over a decade of comprehensive dental experience. His interests are Orthodontics (including Invisalign), Smile makeovers and implant dentistry.

Beyond dentistry, Michael is a proud Northern Beaches resident who enjoys beach days with his young children and shares a passion for health, fitness, and soccer—especially when it comes to cheering on his Favorite team, Arsenal.

Dr Ricky Patel BDSc

Associate Dentist

Dr Ricky Patel is passionate about giving his patients brighter and healthier smiles and utilizes modern techniques to provide safe and gentle dental care. Growing up in the lower north shore, Ricky graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2011, and has been practicing dentistry in Sydney and Port Macquarie for the last 10 years.

Having a keen interest in cosmetic and surgical treatments, Ricky implements the use of digitally technologies to provide patients single visit crowns, guided implant surgery, adult orthodontics, facial injectables and tooth whitening achieve the best natural results for his patients.

Ricky is a member of the Australian Dental Association, the Australasian Academy of Dento-Facial Aesthetics, the Australian Society of Implant Dentistry, and is a certified provider of Digital Smile Design, Invisalign and ClearCorrect. Ricky is highly experienced in all areas of dentistry and likes to keep up to date with the recent advancements, continuing to attend international conferences and courses.

Utilizing a holistic approach, Ricky loves helping patients to achieve and maintain lifelong dental wellbeing. Outside of dentistry, Ricky enjoys staying active through playing sports such as soccer and rock climbing, as well as discovering new recipes to bake at home.

Dr Christopher Telford

Dental Surgeon

Dr. Christopher Telford has practised dentistry since 1976 and has extensive experience in private and hospital practice in Australia, New Zealand and United Kingdom. His experience also includes periods as Dental House Surgeon in Waikato Hospital, New Zealand and visiting dentist at Mona Vale Hospital Dental Unit, Sydney Australia.

Christopher was educated at Christ’s College, Christchurch, New Zealand and was awarded the University Bursary upon graduation. He went on to study at the University of Otago and his first degree was in Microbiology and Biochemistry. He was later awarded the degree of Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 1975. Further studies have been undertaken throughout his career including the University of Bern, Switzerland and University of NSW.

Early in his career, Christopher met an important mentor, Dr. Ron Every, the founder of a body of work on Thegotics and he has supported this original study actively over the past years, presenting a paper on Thegotics to the annual Australian History and Philosophy of Science Conference in 1993 and again in 1994 to a Seminar of Occlusal Studies at University of California San Francisco. Christopher’s work on Thegosis continues to this day and plays a significant part in his practice of dentistry.

Dr. Telford currently holds accreditation to perform dental surgery under general anaesthesia at Mona Vale Hospital, Kingsgrove Day Surgery Centre, and at Seventh Day Adventist Day Surgery Centre, Hornsby.

On a personal note, Christopher enjoys sailing and aikido, he loves all kinds of music and wants to start playing the trombone again (one day). He enjoys playing bridge, tennis, motor cycling, writing, reading, theatre and spending time with his children.

 Liz Raikes



Originally from London, Liz made the vibrant city of Sydney her home in 1998. With over 30 years of invaluable experience in the dental industry, Liz has become a trusted figure in promoting oral health and well-being.

Liz’s journey in dentistry began with a solid foundation, earning her the National certificate in Dental Assisting and Radiography. Liz was awarded a Diploma of Dental Hygiene from the University of Otago in New Zealand in 2000.

With a keen interest in periodontics, Liz brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her patients. Her compassionate approach is especially valued when working with anxious patients, ensuring they receive the care they need in a calm and supportive environment.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Liz is a qualified Iyengar yoga teacher, sharing her passion for health and wellness with others through regular teaching sessions. Her commitment to holistic well-being reflects in her approach to dental care, emphasising the importance of balance and mindfulness in maintaining optimal oral health.

Liz’s dedication to her craft, coupled with her warm personality and genuine care for her patients, sets her apart as a leading dental hygienist in Sydney. Whether in the dental chair or on the yoga mat, Liz is committed to empowering others to lead healthier, happier lives.


Dental Assistant


Sarah has been a dental assistant for 4 years and has loved every moment. She has a key interest for cosmetic/aesthetic dentistry as she finds being apart of the transformation of a patients’ smile very rewarding. Sarah enjoys the constant interaction with patients and strives to make them feel as comfortable as possible during their visit.

Sarah’s interests include going out with friends, staying active and going to the gym.


Dental Assistant


Qualifying from Dental Nursing Australia Kingston, Perth WA in 2017, Kalani has over 3 years experience in dental assisting.

She moved to Sydney and started working at Macquarie Dental in 2019 and in a very short time proved to be an integral part of the team. Kalani enjoys working in multiple fields of dentistry and loves seeing the patients’ reactions when they see their new smile after cosmetic treatment.

Kalani grew up in Margaret River, WA and enjoys going to the beach, surfing and indulging in delicious food.
